Initial consultation

A comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of various pelvic health concerns, encompassing bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction and prolapse symptoms.

A thorough assessment of your posture, breathing, pelvic floor and core strength.

An Internal examination will be offered in this assessment.

This assessment will focus on your posture, movement, breathing patterns, stomach muscle activation and a pelvic floor examination.
