obyn graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Physiotherapy and brings over a decade of clinical experience across Hong Kong, Singapore and London. She is a certified Polestar Pilates for Rehabilitation practitioner, reflecting her belief that “exercise can be your medicine.”
Her approach combines Physiotherapy and Pilates with breathwork and nervous system regulation, taking into account the connection between movement, recovery and overall wellbeing.
With a strong interest in running and fitness, Robyn has a particular interest in lower-limb injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Drawing on her background in physiology and kinesiology, she combines active rehabilitation with hands-on techniques including myofascial release and dry needling, helping clients recover from injury, build resilience and return to the activities they enjoy.

Rachelle is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 15 years’ experience across the NHS and private practice.
Rachelle first studied Psychology, where her interest in the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing began. She went on to qualify as a Physiotherapist from the University of Brighton in 2009 and has since developed extensive experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Alongside her MSK practice, Rachelle has specialist expertise in Pelvic Health, supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause, as well as treating a range of pelvic floor conditions. She incorporates Reformer Pilates into her rehabilitation and takes a practical, whole-body approach to helping patients recover, build strength and feel confident in their bodies.

Danni Thorn is a Chartered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a strong background in sport, exercise and movement-based rehabilitation.
Having qualified from King’s College London, alongside a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science, Danni has built her physiotherapy experience predominantly within private practice, with a particular interest in sporting injuries, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Danni is also a qualified Personal Trainer and teaches Reformer and equipment-based Pilates, bringing a strong understanding of strength, conditioning and movement into her physiotherapy practice. Her active approach to rehabilitation helps clients build strength, restore confidence and return to the sports and activities they enjoy.

Vicky is a highly specialised Paediatric Physiotherapist with over 14 years’ experience in the NHS. She began her career at UCLH before specialising in Paediatrics, working across a range of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
Vicky has a particular interest in early years development and early intervention, including supporting babies born prematurely. She also has extensive experience working within special schools and supporting children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and is a member of the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists.
Alongside her physiotherapy work, Vicky teaches matwork Pilates for teenagers and has completed Reformer Pilates training with Ten Health, bringing her knowledge of movement, strength and development into an engaging, individualised approach for children and young people.

erji is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with a strong interest in Pilates, movement and exercise-based rehabilitation. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham and began her career within the NHS before moving into private practice.
Serji has developed particular expertise in physio-led Pilates, using Pilates alongside physiotherapy to support rehabilitation, build strength and improve movement and confidence. She holds a Level 3 Diploma from JPilates and has additional training in pre- and postnatal exercise, supporting women through pregnancy and their postnatal recovery.
A keen runner with a lifelong interest in sport and fitness, Serji brings her understanding of exercise and training into her clinical practice, helping clients recover well and return confidently to the activities they enjoy.

Arion is an experienced Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor and Sports Massage Therapist, with a strong background in physiotherapy and clinical movement. He originally qualified as a Physiotherapist in Brazil in 2010 before completing his Mat and Reformer Pilates training with the Pilates Institute in 2015.
For over a decade, Arion has taught Mat, Men’s and Reformer Pilates, working predominantly within physiotherapy-led and clinical practices. His physiotherapy background informs his understanding of movement and rehabilitation, while his Sports Massage experience complements his Pilates work, helping clients improve movement, build strength and stay active.
